Estate agents in awards shortlist

Congratulation to the following estate agents who have been shortlisted in the Estate Agent of the Year awards. In this unique scheme, all the ‘voting’ was done purely by members of the public after agents registered their entries. Purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants who had previously dealt with the agent were then invited to complete feedback forms which were then returned direct to the organisers, with no input whatever from the agents. Only if a certain number of feedback forms were returned were these processed, with the final shortlists being drawn up on the basis of the highest marks. Some agents, as can be seen, chose to register more than one office in the scheme.

This is the sixth year that this particular scheme has been run and its credibility is such that it is the largest of the awards schemes and, the organisers believe, the one that genuinely means the most to the winners as the only judges are members of the public.

The awards will be presented on April 8 at a gala lunch in London to be hosted by Phil Spencer.  The lettings agents that have been shortlisted appear separately, just below this list.
