We’ve raved about it before and we were delighted when a customer magazine produced by an estate agency swept all before it at the national publishing awards – beating the likes of well-known supermarket and airline titles.

So, congratulations to the team behind Completely London, the brilliant magazine produced by August Media for Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, who have gone even better this year, having been shortlisted for seven awards.

That is more than any other title. Winners will be revealed on November 23.

The magazine is a joy to read and identifies totally with its readership – embracing the culture of all nations, ages and people who enjoy metropolitan life.

As we’ve said before, if you’re an agent looking to do something very different from the normal page upon page of property pictures, commentary on how the market’s doing and articles on how to do up your kitchen, then we urge you to beg, steal or borrow a copy.

    Your anger must come from self-interest, I apologise for knocking your unique idea, well they were in the 80s.

    Please don't cry, learn from Haart keep copying ideas, but try something now from to 90s then as you grow up you, can get in this century. You could invent the internet!

    Its a USP that probably wins them hundreds of listings. It's a great idea and obviously generates some very positive PR, if you can sell it at valuations.

    So yes, it is forward thinking. Idiot.
