Estate agency boards company Agency Express has won bronze in the Franchisor of the Year awards.
The firm, which claims to have a 40% market share, was commended for its bespoke online estate agent board management system.
The business has seen a turnover increase of 34% in the year to April.
Its Property Activity Index – EAT’s ‘Man with the Board’ survey – was also cited in glowing terms as an early indicator of the state of the housing market in the UK.
