Elmhurst Energy, an energy assessor accreditation body, has launched an inventory service.

All its inventory providers work to a code of practice and follow ARLA standards, whilst being given freedom to work in the way they want.

A feature of the scheme is a portal for uploading and storing completed inventories, which can then be monitored for quality.

Integra - are they just 'promoting' APIP standards or are they actually taking this route of full accreditation I wonder?

Agree with NCR - although Elmhurst are actually promoting APIP accredited courses and standards

"Follow ARLA standards". Would be more helpful if they followed standards of an inventory service regulatory body rather than one regulating letting agents don't you think?
