ESTAS 2010 shortlist announced...

Over 19,000 votes have been cast by members of the public, over 450,000 pieces of data have been processed and now the shortlist for the 2010 ESTAS is announced.

In each region the top ten rated agents for customer service have been nominated, and on April 15 the top three, as well as the national Grand Prix winners, will be presented with their awards by Phil Spencer in London.

The ESTAS, sponsored by EAT along with RICS and HomeLet, are unique in the industry as the winners are selected by clients who complete a comprehensive questionnaire rating their agent on the levels of customer service they provided.

“This shortlist is a culmination of 12 months’ hard graft by the agents concerned,” said Simon Brown, MD of Awards for Business who run the ESTAS.

“I’d like to thank all the agents who have got this far and wish them all the very best on April 15. It takes a lot of guts to put your reputation on the line and these guys have done just that. They deserve all the credit they can get”.

As well as the potential accolade of winning a coveted ESTA, each agent receives a Client Feedback Report providing detailed analysis of the client ratings with regional and national comparison data.
