There have now been 1.5m Energy Performance Certificates lodged, a meeting of stakeholders was told by Communities and Local Government.

The meeting also heard that the Office of Fair Trading will look into complaints about ‘rogue traders’ offering training and suggesting fanciful pay.

    That equates to just short of £25 million in VAT receipts as well. What will these idiots in Govermnment find to waste that on?

    What was the carbon footprint for all the extra car journeys that were made by DEA's to produce these EPC's? Energy saving? Pah!
