Agents still have time to book places at the free Property Business Show, starting tomorrow and continuing on Friday.

With something for everyone, a wide variety of subjects will be discussed and debated with expert speakers, covering business practice, the law, sales, lettings, marketing, finance, property law, tenancy deposit schemes, inventories, licensing and auctions.

You will also be able to watch a live auction, where lots include a two-bed semi in Essex with a guide price of £85,000, and a two-bed maisonette requiring refurbishment in Tyne and Wear guided at £10,000.

The event looks a must for agents. You can simply turn up at London’s ExCeL on either day, or register in advance for the event (strongly advisable for the seminars and debates).

As well as a large number of seminars, there is also an exhibition specifically for agents.

everyone who has read this story so far turned up they will only need half a box of teabags and a small jar of coffee.

Excel is a horrid place to get to even if you live in London, there is good reason why PCS only went there once.
