Chesterton Humberts has launched a new property finding service in London.

It will be sourcing properties for both residential buyers and investors from not just its own 28 London branches but across the entire London market.

It says: “The service offers clients just one point of contact for their entire search, rather than having to deal with the hassle of multiple offices and agents in multiple locations.

“Once they have provided a search brief, clients will be presented with a shortlist of suitable properties, along with relevant comparables and estimated yields.

“The property sourcing team will then take the clients to view their preferred properties and undertake any negotiations on their behalf."

Associate director Nicola Lavictoire is heading up the new service.
