Essex estate agent Beresfords has bought family-run agency Foxton Hayes – and announced it plans more acquisitions.
The acquisition will increase Beresfords’ number of branches throughout Essex and into Greater London to 14.
Foxton Hayes owner Mike Solomon has successfully built up his agency over the last 20 years. Solomon, 65, will stay on as a consultant following the sale, along with the rest of the Foxton Hayes staff. The business will be rebranded to Beresfords shortly.
Beresfords managing director Paul Beresford said: “We’re looking to purchase other local firms that tie in well with our existing family brand and ethos of excellent customer service.”
