Badger Holdings, parent company to Townends and Regents Estate Agents, expects to have taken on its 100th new member of staff this year by the end of this month.
New positions have been created across all parts of the south-based business, which includes dot financial services, Tyser Greenwood Surveyors and INEX property solutions.
The sales and lettings divisions are only reinforcing branch numbers and recruiting ahead of the opening of new branches.
The company has also taken on new surveyors, mortgage advisers and maintenance staff, and increased staffing at the head office in Chertsey, Surrey.
Catherine Darbon, group recruitment manager, said: “Since the start of the year we have been actively recruiting across the business and by the end of the month we will have employed over 100 new members of staff to date, with 14 recruits secured in the last week alone. The latest surge in new starters is key to the growth of the business.
“We currently receive over 500 applications a month from a wide variety of recruitment sources, so the competition for each position is fierce.”
