Andrews & Partners is today (Wednesday) launching its ground-breaking new website to the public with a special event at Reading’s Madejski Stadium.

The launch marks the culmination of two years’ customer research, feedback and development by Andrews to create what it calls a ‘ground-breaking’ website.

Chief executive Michael Robson said a ‘huge’ investment had been put into it.

Features include the ability to book valuations and viewings and make an offer online in real-time.

The technology attached to the website also allows Andrews to build up a profile of customers, by accurately recording information about them, their interests and property history, so that the company can sell products and services based on actual consumer behaviour.

Ronda Green, marketing and customer services director for Andrews, said: “I can say with absolute confidence that the new website is one of the best agency websites in terms of functionality and usability, and this is due in large part to the time that we dedicated to understanding the customer journey and what customers want from an agent’s site.”

    Nice, but vendors still go to rightmove not individual agents web sites. Admire the free PR for a, website!

    Agree with the first post.

    However, once I located the site, I must say, it is very impressive. Beautifully simple and very easy to navigate. One of the best estate agency websites I have seen in a long time.

    A huge amount of vendors will look at an agents website before they decide to invite them for a valuation and there are so many dinosaurs out there who's websites are simply shocking.

    Interesting idea with the log in for registered users.
    for viewings etc and tracking their use of the site. It's about time agents brought their websites up to date with what the public are now familiar with and should expect.

    Shows innovation. Good luck and hope it works well for you.

    Also why launch it in Reading, when you don't have any branches there. The closest are in Oxford, and if you put Reading into the website it sends you to Bristol. Almost sounds like a director's jolly to me.

    Why write a PR story about your website and then not post the actual website address???

    Especially when it isn't the obvious choice.
