Property sales are rising, says national estate agency boards firm Agency Express.
It says that in the last five months, it has supplied 8% more Sold boards than for the same period last year.
Regional variations show the greatest growth in activity in Scotland and also the East Midlands, where last month there was a rise of 12.3% properties coming on to the market and a 20.8% increase in properties sold compared with April.
