As 2014 is now in full swing, we are happy to announce that we will be re-launching better than ever TODAY sites - that's Estate Agent Today, Letting Agent Today and Landlord Today  - in the coming weeks. As well as our usual blend of cutting-edge industry news, the reinvigorated EAT, LAT and LLT will be packed with a range of brand-new features. These will include fresh 60 second interviews and a selection of columns from industry experts and thought leaders.

Coinciding with the re-launch of EAT is the arrival of ‘The Community’ – the first social network for property and finance professionals. The Community will give readers of EAT, LAT and LLT the opportunity to engage with property news and trends like never before. If you haven’t done so already, you can sign up for The Community and re-register for the EAT newsletter.

Please note the site is not fully launched yet so the existing site will run concurrently for now.

Once again, Mr Daniels, why is there no official acknowledgement of Rosalind?

Rosalind did a great job, had a vast number of contacts and extensive knowledge. She was well respected and will be sorely missed. Thank you Ros.

Whenever I had a story or information etc that I thought EAT should know about, I contacted Ros. Who should I/we contact now?

It is easy to convince the BBC of one's experting but a little more difficult to spout off to a knowing audience which is why some of the medias favourite property experts never seem to engage with the EAT audience. The only defence pryor has ever come up with is that he won't debate with posters who don't use their real name.

Editing this site requires a tad more than a Cocktail Party knowledge of the industry and I suspect we are to be treated to a whole host of dynamic white label opportunities to make a fortune.

Thanks Rich, the new site will have these features. We are currently carrying out the final stages of bug-fixing and tweaking before the launch. Anymore suggestions and ideas are always welcome...

Being a bit busy with simultaneous exchanges and completions on 23rd December (I wonder if something to do with so many solicitors being forcibly closed down by the Law Society on the 29th) I knew nothing of dear Ros's departure from EAT until this morning!

The business will surely miss her topical and always up- to-date insight into what's going on! If we had had to rely on NAEA, RICS, TPO etc. for news on legislation over the last few years most of us would have been practicing from Clink by now. Thank you Ros for a job extremely well done and for an act that will be very hard for anyone else to follow - even Henry Pryor perhaps!

My guess is a pantomime will ensue in early 2014, oh yes it will!

It's a great shame Ros has left - I was expecting some proper announcement and recognition of all she had done

Instead, as Pee Bee says, it was announced by a reader

    Shame

NOTHING MORE to say about the start of the New Year, EAT?

NO MORE "changes" to ring in?

Shame that one of your posters had to do it for you - this being a place where the 'news' is published and all...
