Finally, after a record 430 entries, 26,926 votes, 673,150 pieces of data and a lot of blood, sweat and long nights checking the scores, the shortlist for this year’s ESTAS has been announced.

I’m sure most of you are aware by now that the ESTAS are a unique awards / benchmarking scheme that determines the best estate and letting agents in the country through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent.

Agents have been shortlisted as ‘TOP 10’ firms in their respective regions, and the Gold, Silver & Bronze winners will be announced by Phil Spencer at the ESTAS ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane on April 15.

Simon Brown, who runs the awards, said “Every agent who takes part in the ESTAS puts their reputation on the line.

“As an ESTA agent they’ve committed to having their customer service levels independently reviewed, and that says a lot about the type of agency they are.

“Making the shortlist is a huge effort, and every agent that has done so should get the credit they deserve.”
