Sellers in the £1m+, 2nd home market - "3% reduction? don't be silly... I have a record low mortgage and absolutley no pressure to sell. Why would I sell at a reduced level and my dear boy, what on earth would I do with money anyway?" Anyone wish we had voted labour and taken on the less cumbersome and in hindsight, more relaistic mansion tax?! At least sales volumes would still be there...

ONLY if we enter the dark ages! My god people, if we vote leave and there is even a hint of negativity in the economy do you honestly think the government will sit back and do nothing? Of course not, there are plenty of dynamic measures that can be taken and even more options to incentivise inward investment. To assume we wont have access to the single market in just plain stupid and that 'market' of 500m people that we keep hearing about is anyway stagnant. Does anyone remember Greece, Spain, the fact that the ECB is pumping billions into quantitative easing still and that this so called 'market' could just as easily go back in to recession and f*ck us all once again!!!! What about the global market of several billion people? Please vote leave and have some damn confidence. I am fed up of hearing that the economy will tank... its simply wont.

lol. Hippocrite fool. He just smashed house prices with his insane stamp duty hikes. Now he's using Brexit to contradict his views... I am a tory and once upon a time thought Cameron & Osborn might have had a clue, no longer. The pair of them are coming out with more foolish comments everyday!

SW11 at £1500 a foot, are you surprised? Why is it that all new builds seem to be priced at least 50% more than the local market? If new build developers were a little more savvy, they'd think about the domestic market a little more and not expose themselves to eratic overseas markets.
