Where do you draw the line when it comes to an exam? You can't have been serious saying that honesty and experience can replace the inability to sit an exam. Why would agents be treated any different than gas installers, electricians, pilots or ferrymen? Regulation is overdue, the decent/honest/experienced agents will surely get through any exam with flying colours. No?

You forget that of the 45 million, some 90% are not looking for a house to buy, are totally in the wrong age group, live 333 mls away from the local agent, use an adblocker, or simply do anything but looking at ads in their 110 mins of daily online time. If you don't spend quite heavily on your targeting, you can quickly loose more money than your annual fees to WrongMove. Emails we send to actively interested people are not read by way over 80% of the recipients. Number of people who enquired by email in 2019: A full four. Number of those who come through the door with the newspaper ad in their hand: 95. --- Sorry, you were saying?
