Who are you and what does it say on your business card?

I am Chris Brown, CEO and Founder of Hydrogard Legal Services.

What is Hydrogard Legal Services and what do they do?

We are a FCA registered claims management company. We help people get refunds or finance savings when they have been mis sold home improvement products in their own home.

What services do you offer and how do you work with estate agents?

Claims management services. We help with any mis sold home improvements e.g., spray foam insulation that may stop someone selling their home or getting equity release. We have recently launched our new helpline dedicated to estate agents at 01252 756395.

What makes your service different and how does it benefit agents?

Our service is different because we work solely for homeowners who have had products, goods and services misrepresented to them. Our service benefits agents because we can help clear up issues that may cause issues for agents during the sales process.

What is your greatest achievement in your current role and what made it so special?

Having been here from day one and seeing where we are now, it is difficult to pick out a single great achievement as everything we achieve still seems so special to me. If I had to pick some highlights, I would say that we won a customer a £68,000 refund on a zenith conservatory. We are registered with the ministry of justice and FCA. We have helped thousands of people with refunds or finance savings against a wide variety of products with our oldest customer being 96 years old.

What is the most satisfying part of your job?

Seeing the customers reactions when they find out we have won their claim for them.

Country home every day.

Traditional English Garden to go with my country home from the previous question.

What is your favourite room in your home?

My Sunroom, it’s the perfect relaxation spot to watch Spurs at the weekend.
