Fairfield delivers a display at the forefront of modern trends for London Residential's Camden office.

London Residential decided it was time to redesign their Camden office window, and worked with Fairfield to design a unique display that could be not be found elsewhere.

Our display was very old school and with the new one we wanted to be different and have something others do not. The displays are so easy to change as the rods are on hinges, allowing us to simply pull out the pockets and slide in the posters. We are extremely pleased with how the project ran, next door had an install two weeks after ours and I would definitely say ours looks better - Stated Liana Loporto, office manager at London Residential.

Brief: To look different
The estate agency wanted to create something distinctive in order to make their window enticing, and encourage people into their shop. Fairfield visited the site to discuss possibilities for the window and returned to London Residential with a number of visuals that matched the offices requirements, the estate agency were then left to choose their favourite.

Solution: Floating LED Light Pockets
Mixing LED Light Pocket sizes is gradually becoming more and more popular, and here London Residential decided to mix 3 A3 landscape with 3 A2 landscape pockets. This design certainly has a less is more' feel as the design frees much of the window space to create a bright, welcoming display. The light pockets were suspended on rods which are fitted to the ceiling. As the pockets are clear from the ground this gives the impression that they are floating and creates a clean and contemporary approach to maximize the window space. The hinged rod display will prove effective and quick when the estate agent wants to change the window featured displays, as the pull out mechanism means it could not be simpler. This will also make it easy when it's time to clean the windows.

Outcome: The pockets look amazing; we would certainly use Fairfield again.
London Residential chose a totally new design and are delighted with the impact their new display has had on their business. All objectives were met and they now have a window that is definitely worth taking notice of. The hinged approach to the display will introduce many benefits going forward, and because the design uses just a small portion of the window the now office appears spacious and inviting.
