A Merseyside estate agent is facing a series of charges including one following an incident in which he allegedly threatened a client with a baseball bat.
Richard Hall, the owner of Brooklands estate agency at Newton-le-Willows, faces charges of common assault and possession of an offensive weapon. However, when he appeared at Liverpool Crown Court this month he was arrested in relation to a further accusation regarding alleged witness intimidation.
The original charges relate to an alleged incident at Hall's office in July 2013. A police spokeswoman confirmed at the time that an allegation had been reported to officers of a physical assault.
Hall, who also faces a charge of stealing a motor vehicle, has not entered any plea in relation to any of the charges. He is now on conditional bail until a further hearing in March.

Then, with respect, 'Neil' - and in the spirit that it is intended - you should be more careful of what you post online.
T'interweb isn't as anonymous as people believe when they publish defamatory or potentially libellous statements.
Your call, of course.
PeeBee -
Of course its up to the courts to decide on this particular case but I was only referring to my own personal experience of dealing with the man.
