Estate agency Beresfords says it has seen a remarkable 23 per cent in the number of sales and lets agreed in the past year.
The Essex family-owned agency agreed sales and lets in 2014 for over 4,200 properties; agreed sales exceeded £893m in the year, up 15 per cent, with over 32,000 people registering with the agency, more than a fifth up on 2013.
The 15-branch agency is one of the largest in Essex after its opening of a new office in Maldon and the acquisition of a lettings company in Colchester. It has also won an award for its online marketing.
Plans are in place for further expansion in 2015. We have an industry-leading staff retention rate and we're proud that round 20 per cent of our staff have been at the company for over 10 years says managing director Paul Beresford.
