Hamptons International is creating what it calls a succession of specialist branches handling land and new home sales and sitting alongside their existing offices. existing Hamptons International offices.
The first will be in Beaconsfield, alongside the existing office - the Preston Bennett branded agency which was acquired by Hamptons International in January 2014.
This will give Hamptons a continuous new homes presence across Stanmore, St Albans, Amersham, Gerrards Cross, Great Missenden, Rickmansworth and the surrounding areas.
The team at Beaconsfield will be overseen by Sue Fisher who, while continuing as managing director of Preston Bennett, will also act as Regional Director of Land and New Homes in Chiltern and Buckinghamshire.
The move will see us expand our new homes consultancy into a larger area where we will continue our advisory function from inception of a development to marketing the complete site to potential buyers. In addition, we will provide new and existing clients with specialist knowledge in site appraisal, concept feasibilities, land assembly and coordinating, land acquisition and planning, and new home sales and marketing says Fisher.
