First one today is from online firm Agents R Us - a no nonsense, straight to camera video.

Now Hunters' latest video advert - it got a cool 37,000 viewings on YouTube in its first week, so the spend and time on video promotion can pay off even without super-expensive TV exposure. There's a 60 second version but here's the shorter 30 seconds:

The next video is really unusual - it's an Andrews online webinar, using low-cost desktop video equipment. It's long - almost half an hour - but this is an educational video aiming at helping investors in the student accommodation sector. As you can see from the first few minutes alone, it combines promotion with information in a really cheerful, straightforward and appealing way.
