South coast estate agency Henry Adams has appointed Philip Jordan, a partner at the firm since 2003, as the company's chief executive.
Jordan will be responsible for managing the business operations whilst Richard Williscroft continues as group chairman focusing on the brand and strategic development.
Jordan has been an agent for over 30 years and has the industry in his DNA - his family founded Worthing agency Jordan & Cook 130 years ago and he ran his own company, Burford Jordan, which merged with Henry Adams in 2003.
The firm - which has sales and lettings divisions plus specialist departments including chartered surveyors, fine art auctions, rural, land and new homes, and commercial - recently rebranded.
