It's been a great Christmas so far for one family - and that's thanks to an estate agent who has provided a complete Christmas goodie selection.
Last month the Sussex-based agency Robert Luff & Co asked through its website whether anyone could nominate a family which was facing a difficult Christmas.
The lucky nominated winner would receive a present for each family member, wine and beerm a Christmas tree and lights, decorations, the traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings, and a few extra luxuries - including a bottle of champagne.
It's a terrific gesture and, reasonably, the agency has patted itself on the back with a heart-warming video - an example of just how enterprising an agent can be, especially when doing something great for their community.
To make things even better, the agency - which has offices at Worthing and Goring - has donated 50 Christmas hampers to an older residents' festive party.
