If you're taking advantage of the Christmas break to make plans for your agency for the future, get inspiration from another range of videos we have been sent by some of the most enthusiast agents and other property professionals.
We showcased six last week but here are four more to show just how versatile and interesting this medium is, for all sectors of the property market.
Firstly, a short and simple video from The Right Property Company, an agency in the Midlands - all key messages get through in under one minute.
And here is a video which looks at how one of the most prominent buying agencies, Black Brick, which operates across London, the south east and the Home Counties.
Our third video is another take on how video can explain the work of a buying agent - this time reflecting a different tone, perhaps more appropriate for an out-of-London service. It's from Chiltern Relocation and it's here.
Our final video has been sent by a video production firm, VideoProFrance, and it's been made for Allez Francais - you guessed it, a buying agency. However, this one emphasises the aspirational element of owning a home across the Channel. See it here.
