Tim Price, formerly Managing Director of PIP, has joined the Cream Club as National Sales Director.

With over 20 years in the industry, Tim joins the Cream Club from his post as Managing Director of PIP (The Property Intelligence People). As the founder of the company, his vision was simple: create a new marketing product for property professionals. His enthusiasm and determination enabled him to produce an innovative marketing product, the PIP Pack, which reached over 300 estate agency branches.

After four years at PIP, Tim decided it was time to spread his talent, and take the opportunity to join the Cream Club, and help shape their future. When asked what he looked forward to most about working at the Cream Club, Tim was quick to answer, Everything!

He went on to explain: The Cream Club provides innovative products and ideas designed as a package of unique selling points for estate agents, which is not often seen in the industry. Cream essentially gives estate agents marketing in a box, with relevant material, multiple mediums including innovative use of video. I am particularly looking forward to working on the exciting new projects which are to come.

He added:

Estate agency is all about connecting people and that is what our members are doing with our Cream Club products which are designed to empower agents to connect with more people in a more efficient way and smash their market share.
