Cluttons has taken its former Resorts brand back in house and its portfolio of properties will now be marketed under the company's name.
Cluttons Resorts previously operated under a franchise agreement but Cluttons has now beefed up its in-house international sales team, led by Joanna Leverett who was poached from Savills last month.
The full Cluttons international portfolio now includes new developments, resorts and re-sale properties across the world.
The firm says 35 per cent of its business now takes place outside the UK and there are Cluttons-branded offices in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, India and South Africa.
