First and foremost, we are a provider of services – we are not builders but we provide property maintenance services that include building works.

Therefore, we offer clients a full service in the ‘building’ spectrum from approved contractors to consultancy to management and HMO re-design. Our aim is to serve the client, do a great job, and make what can often seem like a complex process seem easy. Whether it’s working with Landlords to deliver challenging and new work or with property managers that need respect, understanding and a little TLC on property portfolios, or anything in-between – we deliver.

We see property maintenance as a creative process. Taking a tiered property and turning it into fresh vibrant property that will last for let after let.
