Franchise firm Winkworth has opened its 89th office, in Newbury, Berkshire, with the rebranding of Haines Residential to Winkworth Newbury.
Dominic Agace, CEO of Winkworth, said: “The new office in Newbury is an important step for Winkworth as part of our ongoing strategy of opening in key southern England towns with a strong affiliation to the London market. Newbury is a natural location to continue our expansion along the M4 corridor.”
Ian and Sandra Haines are the new franchisees of the Newbury office, and bring with them almost 30 years’ combined experience selling property in the Newbury area, and most recently through Haines Residential, which they ran for five years.
