Here is a final reminder that you still have time to make a bid for a superb estate agency training packge, worth £400.

It is made by top trainer Adam Walker and introduced by estate agent Sean Newman.

As EAT readers know, Newman was very seriously hurt by a 70mph truck whilst he and a colleague, James Golding, were attempting to cycle across America and raise £100,000 for cancer charities.

Hence the ‘Complete the Journey’ appeal.

Adam Walker’s excellent video (in fact, there are three DVDs, a CD-Rom with a total running time of around six hours plus a downloadable workbook with exercises) presents Walker’s renowned Essential Selling Skills programme.

The package normally sells for £400 and is worth every penny. It is a must for all agency staff, covering everything from registering and qualifying applicants, to handling objections, preparing for a valuation, viewings and handling fee inquiries.

Walker is generously donating 25 sets for EAT to ‘auction’ off in aid of the ‘Complete the Journey’ appeal.

The senders of the best 25 ‘bids’ to reach us by the end of this month (ie, by close of play next Tuesday) will each receive one of these £400 training packages.

You don’t have to bid the full amount, and indeed there is no minimum amount set.

So, get your bids in now. All you need do is email the EAT editor: rosalind.renshaw@estateagenttoday.co.uk
