It's like the good old days, shades of 2006 and those happy times: an estate agency taking its top performers off to Las Vegas for a no-expenses spared five day break to celebrate their triumphs.

But that’s just what Badger, parent company to Townends and Regents estate agents in the south, has just done.

Séamus Kavanagh, Badger’s managing director, accompanied all 11 award winners on the trip, which took in a meal at the Top of the World Restaurant 800 feet above the city and a night out at the fabulous Cirque de Soleil Mystere show.

Kavanagh said: “Everyone had a great time in Vegas and enjoyed their time away from the pressures of work. The trip was huge fun for the whole group and a great way for us to thank our 2010 award winners.

“As a company we have always been firm believers in rewarding our top performers and this year we hope to be recognising even more individuals with another exciting overseas trip in 2012.

“While it will be hard to top Las Vegas, plans for the next one are already well under way but the destination is currently top secret. It will be revealed at our annual awards dinner in February.”
