Rightmove today launches its Rightmove Presenter, an iPad app available to all Rightmove member agents as part of their existing membership package.

The Presenter is a fully-customisable iPad app designed to assist estate and letting agents on market appraisals and other face-to-face communications by presenting the latest local property market information, comparable listings and marketing messages to the consumer.

Rightmove director Miles Shipside said: “The iPad Presenter provides Rightmove member agents with a great way of illustrating their competitive edge in their local marketplace when it comes to getting their message across in presentations and pitches to vendors and landlords.

“The iPad is already a popular platform for presenting property information within a consumer-facing environment and we are aware of many agents already doing this with the standard Rightmove iPad app.

“The Presenter app will take this a step further by helping those skilled in its use to reinforce their accurate pricing advice and brand proposition. And because the app has been designed to work offline, agents don’t need to worry about any connection issues in the prospect’s home”

Shipside added: “In investing in the development of the Rightmove Presenter app, we worked closely with agents to understand their practical needs on valuations and presentations.

“The resulting user testing and feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we hope this tool helps agents professionally promote themselves and get properties on at the right price.

“The app is part of the  Rightmove membership package and, although a Rightmove product, comes with no Rightmove branding so agents can convey their own branding and messages.”

The Rightmove Presenter app is downloadable from the App store.

    @yorkshire

Spot on. An agent is more distinguished if it DOESN'T have the extras. Every Tom Cobley seems to have fallen for their guff.

We are going to drop our logo as well, back to basic membership, people look at the properties not the logo in the listings.

    Yay, how COOOOOL is this.

Rightmove give me something for free that helps promote them and makes yet another owner say:

"YOU ESTATE AGENTS ARE ALL THE SAME AREN'T YOU!"

    AAAAAARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHH.

What makes one estate agent better than another? The people, surely. What's the one thing a vendor never knows until after they've signed on the dotted line? What your staff are like.

I now purposely take Tesco's bags into Sainsburys to carry out my shopping. Not because I am an eco-warrior, but because I am a contrary b*stard who thinks it is funny!

Get iPad, buy KeyNote for £8 and make your own.

I admit I am computer literate, but it took me just 30 minutes to make a digital version of my normal brochures.

agree 100% with John. justifying their charges. products are an ansolute rip off and simply dont work. basic listing with or without logo is all we need. premium listings hardly unique now given they're so frequently used. PRODUCTS ARE USELESS, THEY ARE A SCAM!! EVERYONE SHOULD DROP THEM IMMEDIATELY.

Another load of rubbish to warrant the rip off membership fees, forget all this stuff we managed without it before, reduce the fees instead. We are completely dropping all our rightmove products, we spend about £3000 a month on them, they do nothing at all !

Please sir, Mr Shipside. We cannot afford an iPad. You have taken all our money off us.

Would you like me to look up your chimney now?
