UK Property Professionals, a networking organisation which only started in April, in Edinburgh, is expanding fast.

It already has two other networking groups in Glasgow and Aberdeen, and now founder Mark Antscherl has his eyes set on cities in England, including London.

Each city has its own dedicated website, and so far there are over 200 subscribed members from over 150 companies.

There have been some 20 well-attended events.

About 25% of members are estate agents, with others being property lawyers, developers and other property professionals.

Antscherl, who hopes to open UKPP in London in the New Year, said: “The most important element of our activities is that individuals and companies are connecting and doing business, which is extremely positive and the ultimate gauge of any networking initiative.”
