Northfields win UK letting agent of the year...

Congratulations to Northfields, which won the title of best small lettings agency and overall letting agent of the year at this week’s Lettings Live event, organised by Peter Knight’s Estate Agency Events.

WA Ellis, in Knightsbridge, won the best single-branch lettings agent and also the best luxury agent. Managing partner Lucy Morton was last year's ARLA president.

Foxtons won the best property management title.

Countrywide’s John Hards won the award for outstanding contribution.

Over 300 delegates attended the Letting Live event this week, and 1,500 offices entered the awards, which were in 12 categories.

It was the first time that there has been a separate lettings awards, as they have previously been incorporated into the annual estate agency event. The event wassupported by The Times and Sunday Times and hosted by Ruby Wax.
