Estatecreate, the service which allows agents to create individual websites for any of their properties, has launched a new proposition.
Aimed at driving more leads to their properties, it allows agents to come to the top of search engine lists when property-hunters are looking for properties in particular named streets.
Chief executive Henry Yates said: “Search engine optimisation is one of the most cost-effective marketing tools available to agents. By investing in SEO, you should see increased business for years to come. This is our SEO solution.”
Yates says it is easy to use: agents need to identify key roads where they sell houses. The agent then sets up estatecreate sites for these. All point back to the agent’s own website.
Any agent can use the new service. For existing estatecreate clients, there is no extra charge. Otherwise agents can opt for a monthly subscription of £39.95, or pay estatecreate £99 a year to set up each site for them.
