Hurrah! It’s out – part two of the Douglas & Gordon estate agent video everyone is talking about.

It comes complete with some home extension tips from Charlotte plus some more of her insights into effective management techniques, while James lets a few things come up after work in the pub.

Hilarious? You bet.

But where will it all end?

Has the cat got your tongue?

I am glad I haven't got mates as supportive as you! Oooo errrr I don't have an answer other than the usual pathetic first round retort.
    Pathetic! (The pair of you)

@stonehenge Please explain why he demanded an applause when he took the stage.

As an ordinary member of NAEA I and a lot others are simply fed up with the whole ivory tower. It seems that he can do no wrong in your eyes, but I would liken that to Labour's support of Gordon Brown.

To state that Estate Agents are not good at positive PR was simply insulting. Please explain why you think the NFOPP membership should not expect more from it's head.

Mine isn't an unwarranted attack, I am a little voice that has spotted that the King's his new cloak isn't quite as pucker as sycophants like you would have him believe.

@Brian why would anyone go to the Property Drum National Conference, because right up until the NFOPP slot it was genuinely entertaining and informative. The quality of speakers and subjects were excellent. It was partly the quality of what went ahead of the NFOPP bit that showed all 3 as ill prepared and amateurish.

simon cowell (sic). I'm pleased PBK is thick skinned enough to ignore your unwarranted attack. Okay what he said might not have been on everyone's agenda.

BTW he is well liked and works damn hard. If you know him you would know that.

not half as funny as PBK attempting to get a round of applause at the proberty Drum National conference.

Greeted with resigned eyerolling silence Peter treated us to a Red Coatesque embarrassing "You can clap you know"

Sorry Peter, you are not funny, not informative , not well liked not well regarded and have achieved very little of any substance so what did you expect us to clap?

The Pearler came late on for those who got fed up and went home early. "We have to be honest with ourselves we are not very good at telling people what we do well"
Excuse me!? that right there is what your job is all about. Please resign before we all do!
