Foxtons has gained promotion to the FTSE 250.
The elevation this week comes after Foxtons’ debut on the London Stock Exchange in September with shares at 230p, valuing the company at £694m.
Yesterday Foxtons’ shares put in a strong performance at over 296p, valuing the firm now at £814m.
The firm was a single-office agent in 1982 and now has 42 offices in London and Surrey.
