CFP Software lettings and property management software has teamed up with estatecreate to launch a marketing tool to enable lettings agents to create stand-alone websites for each of their properties for rent.
estatecreate works by assigning a property with its own domain name, such as www.churchstreetWC1.com, which can then be customised with the agent’s branding. As part of the deal with CFP, estatecreate is offering agents a one-month free trial and will not charge a set-up fee, which is usually £10 per month.
Mark Daruvalla, managing director of CFP Software, said: “Whilst this new facility may not initially seem good value to some letting agents, they need to recognise that now more than ever they must become more marketing orientated.
“With so many properties on the market at the moment and an influx of new entrants to the lettings market, letting agents cannot afford to ignore new marketing opportunities and need to become just as marketing orientated as estate agents. This new opportunity through CFPwinMan is one way that letting agents can achieve this.”
