Fisks in Benfleet, Essex, gave a welcome for Sean Newman, Jon Cooke, Sam Lindley and their fellow riders taking part in the 3,000-mile fund-raising event.

Well–known industry figure John Pring and his staff were delighted to be asked to provide a much-needed refreshment and comfort break for the riders on the 80-mile stage from Maldon to Herne Bay in Kent.

John Fisk, pictured far left, said: “Sadly, my own cycling days are over – aside from regular sessions in the gym – but we were delighted to help Sean and his intrepid fellow riders along the way, as well as donating to this very worthy cause.”

The bike ride is set to raise a substantial amount of money for the Estate Agency Foundation, which helps charities including Help for Heroes, Crisis, Shelter and Barnado’s, as well as smaller local homeless charities.

Fisks, like a number of other agents, are proud to be founder ambassadors for the Foundation.

The marathon event has so far raised some £35,000 out of the £100,000 it plans to raise for the Estate Agency Foundation. Luckily, there is still plenty of time to donate.

Agents are urged to do just that, so let’s help bring this inspirational feat up to target.

The simplest way to donate is via Just Text Giving. Text Bike32 to 70070.
