Q: Who is Property Place?

Property Place is the largest property network on Facebook that offers today’s consumer the best online property search experience. Its clever use of technology provides a more intuitive and efficient marketing alternative to existing channels.

Q: How long has Property Place been trading?

Property Place has been trading over a year. After 18 months of development and beta testing the application is now live on the Facebook platform with over 500,000 properties for sale and rent across the UK.

Q: How did it all start?

As an idea to offer today’s property market more. To give today’s users the experience they expect and today’s estate agents with the control and technology that they deserve.

Q: Why choose property Place?

There is no other property portal or property website that can offer what Property Place does. We have just launched the latest addition to Property Place: Search and Match which creates the perfect property match as we are able to match a Facebook user’s lifestyle, interest and life stage to their new property.

Q: What are your three unique selling points?

Q: Who do you currently work with?

Our chairman is Dean Fielding, who was group financial director of LSL for eight years. He is joined by Sales and Operations Director, Yuseph Hedar, formerly CEO of Green Flag; and Alex Craven, Digital Director, who has founded two successful digital marketing agencies. We have hand-selected proven business leaders into the business and created a very special team.

Q: How do you overcome your competitors?

We overcome our competitors by providing something they can’t.

Q: What is your greatest achievement and what made it so special?

I’m very close to my family and to create something from nothing but hard work and ambition makes them very proud, especially my parents. For me, nothing is more special and real than that achievement.

Q: What do you feel it takes to be successful in the industry?

Innovation and determination; there are some great minds working within this industry and I think that we will see a lot of change over the coming years. I’m hoping for a better, more competitive marketplace.
