In the video, which runs to just over an hour and is also available as a podcast, Watkin talks to the Bruces about the ups and downs of Purplebricks, the industry charity they helped to establish - Agents Together - and the future of Boomin, the portal which launched last year amid much fanfare, and which has divived opinion ever since.
