Sales progression – who should be doing it?

“Many hands make light work” – Does John Heywood’s old English proverb from the 1300s apply to modern approaches on how agents should best approach managing their sales progression?

Estate agents are salespeople. They thrive on winning the listing, chasing the next sale and they are under constant pressure to hit targets.
