The very terminology ‘one stop shop’ will deliver a very singular proposition and service. This might provide agents with short term cost savings, as referred to as ‘value’… but at a long term cost. To our clients value is about standing apart being different from the competition, agencies that engage with their market presenting their brand as a unique identity and personality that speaks its own language. This kind of acquisition only builds on the provision of off-the-shelf corporate homogenisation, it might provide cost effective 'solutions' (dreadful word) but this is a cost to your business, unless of course you just want to be like everybody else?
