A complex mix of business, economic and socio-behavioural issues drives the real estate market. ThinkBarn collaborates with a network of academics as well as industry, and other specialists, to deliver robust and unique research products.
ThinkBarn is based in Kent, but works for national as well as London focused clients. Clients include investors, developers as well as residential and commercial property advisors and agents.

Sue built ThinkBarn where she is Research Director. She is also a Trustee of the RICS Research Trust.
Before ThinkBarn, Sue was Research Director at Cluttons and prior to that spent 10 years at Jones Lang LaSalle where she led the UK research team. Sue has also held property research positions with St Quintin, the Department of the Environment and the Center for Urban Policy Research in the US.
Sue has an MSc in Property Investment and Finance from Cass Business School, as well as a MSc in Urban Planning and Policy Development from Rutgers University in the USA.
