Either The Property Franchise Group are intentionally misleading their franchisees or they don't understand the tech currently out in the market - and I'm not sure what's worse! There are already many extremely powerful tools available to any agent that allow them to send out GDPR-compliant, personalised emails. Mailchimp, Drip, Sendgrid to name a few. This apparent 'first of it's kind' technology does nothing to provide these agents with a 24/7 platform for buyers and sellers, compliance checks, feedback chasing, i.e. features that may actually be USEFUL. I feel sorry for any franchisees under TPFG if this is the kind of lackluster support they are receiving.

24-7 being tied to phones isn't the best use of an agents time, when agents realise this they may be able to stop losing market share to onliners.

Im keen to see how this would work, because if their claims are true then this could potentially mark the end of the hybrid high street argument (thank god). Would be good to see how the onliners react now all of us will have a similar technology platform - I agree with you James no doubt Zoopla or maybe even Purplebricks will buy this up quickly, i would love to see Rigtmove buy them and stop the monopoly Zoopla are creating in the industry.
