I'd be happy with the free period BUT would never commit to a contract after the free period - none of us know where we will be in 5 months! Hence why I have given the notice to cancel UNLESS they can introduce a no strings attached approach. Poor judgment in my opinion

The crazy thing about the actual sales agreed by Purple Bricks is that the progression isn't run by Purple Bricks but by the agents either side of the Purple Bricks sale. The number of PB sales that are being progressed by high street agents is phenomenal. I've been involved in several chains with PB in the middle and the only reason they have concluded successfully is down the hard work of the High Street agent either side. Maybe we should be invoicing purple bricks for all our hard work in keeping their sale together

That's a high fall through rate - mine is no more than 5% and most months zero fall through rate. I'm pretty sure all quality independents would be similar. Most local agents i know have a dedicated sales progressor or the whole team is able to progress the sale at any time. Just seems we are all doing a better job. 48% fall through rate! Awful!

Unbelievable to think that anyone would invest in an online agent. Online meaning working from home, lack of real estate agency experience and just telling the poor paying customer anything to get the listing - then forgetting all about it
