I started life in the property sector in 2006 working as an administrator for Barratt Homes in North London. I began working weekends in their sales offices and I was hooked, I knew selling homes was what I wanted to do. In 2007 I started working for a local estate agent in Watford doing sales and lettings but my focus moved to lettings. I have dealt with all aspects of the lettings process from the initial let, carrying out valuations and property management; I have also successfully passed my ARLA exams in residential lettings and property management.
I was then approached late 2014 by a competitor to see if I would like to be a sales negotiator and for 18 months I learnt to get from sale agreed right through to completion and keep all plates spinning whilst doing the same process several times over for other clients and I haven’t looked back. I enjoy working with Independent agencies over Corporate ones and have been very lucky to working with successful multi office companies with vast progression opportunities without becoming lost within the system.
Whilst not at work I spend most of my time with my fiance and out three dogs, Teddy, Lolli and Rose.
