Started in January 1988 as a trainee neg and spent the intervening years covering nearly all aspects of the property market - although never the dark art of lettings. Last few years been a land manager and currently a land and new homes manager within an independent estate agents. Work very closely with the managers and negs so have kept abreast of the rise and rise of the market.
