It is amazing how people read these stories differently. I see it that you and your very small action group Ian (how many agents do you have again?) are worried about your case. You want OTM to put a hold on legal action, this is a desperate attempt to strengthen your weak position and some ill judged PR! What a great news story, insightful and thought provoking.. A great piece of journalism!!! Not. 250 people take part in a poll, who are these people? Are they in the industry? Are they working for OTM competitors? Do they have vested interests? Rightmove have 19,981 agents listing on their site let us say there is an average of 3 people working in each agency (low ball I know) that is 59,943 people. Meaning the 250 people who took part in the survey represents just over 0.4% of the industry. OTM must be shaking in their boots!!! Please use your normally excellent site to report on 'real' news stories.....

If there is collusion, why are the CMA not taking direct actions against these agents? I suspect this is a storm that has been whipped up by people with vested interests or who are looking to gain personally from this and win a few clients along the way.

Trevor I wondered where you had been hiding.. So because OTM took some listings off your site the campaign starts again. What your saying is when OTM gets bigger they may have to stop refusing entry to certain agents, I guess you're right. Which says to me you think it is going to get 'that big' so it is going to be a success then. Having re-read the CMA letter again and again, I still cannot see the part where it says OTM are anti competitive and the one other portal rule is against the law? Agents and the public appear to me still to have choice, please point this out? All I can see is it says agents cannot collude to drop the same portal, which we knew in the first place and they appear to not of single out any agents that have done so.
