Makes me laugh , you all moan about Rightmove and what there model is and their future and as soon as viable alternative comes you all come out moaning again , and the most laughable comment is they’re in it for them self’s , what businessman is not in it for them self’s , yes we all want to give the best we can to our clients and go that extra mile , but honestly , don’t tell me you do it for the love of it , Charlie lambdin and live in a two up two down and drive a Ford Fiesta ,

I take it all there employees came from estate agents and had no problem charging correct fees then rather than the bucket shops fees they are trying to charge now , and don’t know why people would be surprised at what they are being charged as I’m sure they knew befor putting there signature to the contract , so why so surprised , just hype from another struggling bandwagon

How silly , for god sake why can’t they just operate from home , they’ll all moan when there’s another lockdown because the death toll will rise again , I have a multi branch site we have staff working from home and it’s working well , I just can’t understand the mentality , you can’t go and value , you can’t do viewings , so why you need to open your office , divert your phone to home and work from there

You are all forgetting the power of the agent , it is us who got them there , wouldn’t take us long to point our valued clients somewhere else , don’t forget the power of yourself
